Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Poosh (the "Service"), operated by WIZZO SOFTWARE LTD (company no. 516624699), 3 Totseret Haaretz St., Petah Tikva, Israel ("Wizzo"). Opening an account or using the Service means accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

The Service lets a business (the "Customer") send its own content, from its website or app, to push notifications, WhatsApp, Telegram and its own social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube), and see a report of what was delivered. The Service does not create content: it distributes what the Customer itself published.

2. Accounts

Accounts are opened through Wizzo Market. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of its details, for keeping its API keys secret and for all activity in its account.

3. Connecting social media accounts

• The Customer connects only accounts it owns or is authorized to post to, and approves the connection itself with the platform.
• Once connected, the Service publishes to the account the content the Customer distributes, according to the settings the Customer chose (for TikTok: automatic adding of videos, caption, and the option to turn off comments, duet and stitch).
• The Customer can disconnect an account at any time from the dashboard, which revokes the authorization and deletes the tokens, or revoke access directly in the platform's settings.
• Use of each platform is also subject to its own terms and policies (including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the Meta and X policies). Wizzo is not responsible for a platform's decisions about an account or content.
• YouTube: connecting a YouTube channel uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel and using it through the Service, the Customer agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; data is also handled under the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.

4. Responsibility for content

The Customer alone is responsible for the content it distributes: that it holds the rights to it (including music and images), that it is lawful and that it complies with the platforms' rules. Messages and notifications are sent only to recipients who consented, as the law requires. The Service may not be used for spam, deception, incitement, privacy violations or copyright infringement.

5. Plans and payment

Plans and prices are shown on Wizzo Market and on the home page. Billing is handled through Wizzo Market, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and fast, but it also depends on external platforms and their limits (for example a daily posting quota). The Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit caused by an outage, delay or block on a platform's side.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or the platforms' rules. The Customer may close its account at any time, and its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We will update these terms when the Service changes, and material changes are emailed to Customers before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
